Villa Koukouvayia has three, four-season residential homesin two separated buildings, set at three levels among our lawns, gardens, and the sloping groves of our olive trees.  Unique in character, and fully independent, each home has its own secure entrances, heating controls, laundry facility, kitchen, dining & living areas and multiple bathrooms.  Each has bedrooms that can be enjoyed securely and privately by single travelers, and/or shared by travelling couples or friends.  All three residences are thematically joined by a shared central terrace and plunging pool.

All three residences are linked, spatially and socially, by a series of common terraces, covered verandas, and stone stairways that surround the villa’s deep plunging pool and its waterfall.The connection between private and common areas form the heart of Villa Koukouvayia’s design, and reflects our foundational philosophy: That people learn and grow best in the dynamic shift between self & community, between personal reflection and sharing.  As designed, built and equipped, Villa Koukouvayia is an expressive partner in that belief.
